My rights and responsibilities on the job is to have the right to ask any questions i have regards to being sure and safe, right to speak up, and right to refuse to do anything i am not comfortable with or feel safe with. Also, i have the responsibility to follow safe work procedures and to identify anything i feel that needs to be said to protect myself and others.
